Mindfulness, therapeutic relationships, and neuroscience in applied exercise psychology - As an editor of this book, and the two other books in this series, I (Mark) thought it would be good to start out just like I did in Doing Sport Psychology (2000) with the first chapter being about the beginnings of exercise practitioner-client relationships and what happens in the first intake sessions.
